MAKEUP: Guerlain Meteorites Emilio Pucci Perles d Azure

There's something VERY special about the iconic illuminating powder, Guerlain Meteorites. Those who have tried it knows just how special the glow it promises could be; those who don't know just don't know what they're saying. Guerlain Meteorites are always a unique skin correcting, perfecting and illuminating multi-colored powder pearls that address the slightest skin blemish and lackluster concern in just one swipe. A very thin coverage of Meteorites' kiss delivers an out of this world luminescence unto the skin for a youthful day to night coverage.

Below is Guerlain Perles d Azure by Emilio Pucci, a limited edition summer release that I drove test and just fell madly in love with, enough for me to take the ride upto until this Fall. This special edition Meteorites release wraps the skin with a unique sunkissed glow that is warm enough to pull the friendliest smiles closer. Cased in the prettiest signature Pucci print, this powder is a collector's item indeed. To see more pictures, read after the jump!
At first glance, I noticed the blue Pucci sunflower print on the metallic case's cap. When I opened the Meteorites case, I was welcomed with Guerlain's unique powder fragrance and then stunned by the beautiful array of multi-colored powders that this special Meteorites edition offered. It had oranges and blues, to perfect any skin tone.

The powders are very sheer, as you can see, because the success of Guerlain's Meteorites "franchise" is in its unbeatable glow from within finish. The multi-colored powders, when blended together, just brings a unique sunkissed warmth on the face--that you can also extend down the neckline for that glamorous deep-scoop dress.

What do you think of Guerlain Meteorites?

  1. How do you blend these? You must need a really big brush I would imagine?

    1. Hi Jenni! I use a regular powder brush. When i have the time, i pat on the sponge and then buff with a brush :D

    1. The blue ball is for correcting. Unlike their regular pearls with a very light blue that illuminates the skin, this one has a stronger blue ball pigment that seems to balance any yellowish blemish on the face. i think because this particular meteorites is really for warming the skin up.
