Anti-Aging Tips: "As Early as Now"
Like this post if you are taking care of your body.
Hello Sunshine! From today until June, I will be teasing you with stories that will lead to a wonderful skincare surprise. As we go through the journey, I want to impart with you my learnings about beauty and personal care, so we can all be reasons why we live in a beautiful world.
This week, it's all about our anti-aging thoughts. Like most women, I have my fears and qualms about aging. I’m nearing mid-20’s, and while I would agree that it’s still a young age bracket, I am equipped with the realization that in order to age gracefully, I should start caring for myself as early as now. “As early as now” is a mantra that I also apply on other things I do, whether it is for personal errands or work. Aging gracefully, which includes maintaining a beautiful mindset, is also about having the maturity to care for your body.

We can’t stop time but we can stop time from showing on our
face. Aging gracefully is about finding everyday ways to treat your body
kindly, allowing it to reveal the wisdom behind every experience you go through;
and also, proper preventive measures such as healthier lifestyle choices and
regimens. If there’s one thing that you shouldn’t be tempted to try,
it is smoking. If you’re already smoking, consider stopping. Smoking harms the
body so much it makes your skin look instantly dry and dull. With prolonged
use, it can cause health concerns that are easily avoidable just by simply
putting the stick down. Beautiful skin is a step closer, even as you age, if
you stay away from the nicotine and live a healthier life. Drink lots of water
and always moisturize no matter the weather.
Lastly, don’t forget, beautiful skin is possible as early as
now. Remember that changes that begin today are the dreams that will become
tomorrow.
Age gracefully with the right choices and products, and with a kind heart, you’ll know soon enough how far you’ve arrived.

I use a night repair cream since a year back and I'm not 30 yet. My skin is very fair and still hasn't shown signs of aging but it's good to start early!
ReplyDeleteUsing a skin repair product at night is ideal. Great job!

ReplyDeleteThe earlier the better :) My grandma is a great example, she has been consistent in moisturizing her skin. Really shows, as she does have great skin now. Hardly any wrinkles.
