Hello Sunshine! I'm often asked how to bleach the hair. Anyone who knows me or follows my blog is well aware that I color my hair A LOT! So today, for the purpose of giving reference I will share with you how to mix your bleaching cream with peroxide--this applies to almost any color cream that needs to be mixed with peroxide.
First, squeeze out your bleaching cream. Make sure you squeeze out the entire thing because for most, the pigments settle either at the bottom of the tube. (See how the last few squirts have a discolored shade? If you don't squeeze out the product well, you miss out on the main attraction!)

Now proceed to mixing in the peroxide. Admittedly, I don't have the exact measurement for this. What I would recommend is start with a 1:1 ratio between color cream and peroxide. Then add more peroxide until you reach a well-mixed batter.
Usually, if you buy your own hair color cream separate from the peroxide, the sales people would recommend a 1:1 ratio which should look like this...
But for ease in application, and better distribution, go for something like this...
There you go! Now you know how to mix your hair color products. Don't forget to do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies. And of course, have fun!
