Hello Sunshine! Last Saturday I was invited to an exclusive launching of Shiseido Spring Summer 2014 collection. It was held at the crisp clean Picasso residences in Makati, and was attended by a select number of beauty bloggers only. Super exciting because the event was graced by Ishibashi Momoko of Shiseido Japan. She taught us the proper (quite long, graceful, calculated and super systematic) way of removing makeup and applying skincare. It was very interesting to see how the Japanese do it because frankly, I don't know if I can keep up with their approach to skincare due to the time it consumes; nonetheless, if you want to truly de-stress and prevent skin sagging, then it's definitely the skincare to subscribe to!
While Momo-san was doing her skincare demo, I also indulged myself to trying out the latest beauty treats from my favorite skincare and makeup brand. Below are my top two stand out releases!
This very water resistant liquid foundation is a show stopper! It glides on the skin like silk, then settles smoothly like second skin! The best part? You don't need powder to set this baby. It stays on ultimately.
I don't know about you but summer collections are my favorite because they relate to my favorite season of the year. If you want to learn more about Shiseido Spring Summer, stay tuned because we enjoyed a P10,000 shopping spree after the event! I'll share my lovely haul soon! For now, mark your calendars and join a Shiseido Beauty Workshop too!

This is the New Total Brightening Serum from the much-loved Shiseido White Lucent skincare range. If before, their serum was just spot correcting... this new serum has emerged to becoming a total skin brightening solution. I tried it and wow, the texture and immediate brightening effect it left on my skin was outstanding!
